Science Gateways are web-interfaces that enable researchers to access data and computational tools to perform their research. The gateways, or portals, enable bioscientists to focus on their own research goal rather than getting involved with the technical details required to deal with computational infrastructures.
Currently we offer two gateways as result of our e-science research and international collaborations:
- Neuroscience gateway, for analysis of large neuroimaging data [cite it];
- Virtual screening gateway, for molecular docking simulations with Autodock Vina [cite it];
We are also interested in developing new science gateways – please contact us if you have an idea!
