Science Gateways are web-interfaces that enable researchers to access data and computational tools to perform their research. The gateways, or portals, enable bioscientists to focus on their own research goal rather than getting involved with the technical details required to deal with computational infrastructures.
These have been created as result of our research:
- Neuroscience gateway, for analysis of large neuroimaging data [cite it];
- Virtual screening gateway, for molecular docking simulations with Autodock Vina [cite it];
- Rosemary science gateway platform. Read more about it here.
